By accessing and using Paisán, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Buyers pay suppliers directly using the supplier's own payment processing account (e.g., Mercado Pago). Paisán does not process, hold, or control buyer payments. All payments are made directly from buyers to suppliers through the supplier's designated payment processor.
Suppliers are the merchant of record for all transactions. This means:
Platform fees are billed separately from transactions. Suppliers are billed for platform access on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis, similar to a SaaS subscription or marketplace service fee. Platform fees may be calculated as:
Platform fees are independent of buyer payments and are invoiced separately. Suppliers receive 100% of buyer payments directly to their payment processor account.
While Paisán does not process payments, the platform maintains visibility into transaction data for the following purposes:
This transaction data visibility does not grant Paisán access to supplier payment processor accounts or the ability to control funds.

Payment disputes between buyers and suppliers should be resolved directly between the parties. Paisán may provide support and mediation services but is not responsible for payment disputes, refunds, or chargebacks as it is not the merchant of record.
Paisán is not liable for:
Paisán reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
