For disputes between users and Paisán (not between users themselves), you agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
The arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its rules. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits.
